The Queen Mum

Drink like royalty and taste the Queen Mother’s preferred tipple according to accounts of staff. It is said to be adapted from a recipe created in 2014.  It is distinctively a light sweet fruity gin-laced royal cocktail.  It is garnished with orange peel and the fragrance is unbelievable and masks a powerful punch to the senses.

Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 60ml Dubonnet
• Dash orange blossom water
• Dash Angostura bitters
• Orange peel to garnish

Method

• Add all the wet ingredients into a mixing glass.
• Stir with ice.
• Strain the mixture into a tumbler or coupe with a rock of ice.
• Serve garnished with a large piece of orange peel.
